Last year I made a (very random) post about QL actors celebrating Bangkok Pride so this year I decided camp the socials again to find familiar faces because it was a lot of fun to do and it made me incredibly happy. 🌈

There's a lot of different parades and events today with more to come in the following weeks. Some actors might have to work today or won't post pictures until later. They might be attending in a different city or voice their support in other ways. Please remember that celebrating Pride is fun and not an obligation.

By doing this, we are looking into the past, to assist in deciphering the now. And only then, can we see the bigger picture.

a/n: very much self indulgent BUT I COUNDNT STOP THINKING 🤔 what if because it was a boys school that they didn’t have skirts and basically Crowley just made you wear the uniform & you didn't tell anyone. Like epel and lilia’s case, they just thought you were a feminine guy (p.s I just started and I haven’t read any spoilers, except for some info from reddit so I’m very sorry if this has already been covered/ revealed) very gacha coded but PLSSSSS bear this brain rot with me

Ace

This can go two ways. Firstly, is that he was chasing deuce or Grimm around and you happen to be walking around the corner. And BAM. You’re both on the ground with him on top of you, caging you into his arms. With both his hands conveniently placed on two lumps on your chest. It takes him a good 3 seconds of staring and squeezing before he realises what they are. What you are. Immediately feels embarrassed and starts screaming and scarmbling to get up.

Orrr he has gotten so used to coming into ramshackle house as he pleases and barges into your room without knocking. You’re both guys, so what’s the problem? Big mistake. Because you’re changing and literally only in your under garments. He’s all red and hot faced before he’s running out of your room and the house into the walkway to calm himself down.

The next time he faces you, he’s apologising while avoiding eye contact. He knows you’ve been through thick and thin together but it really did feel as though his whole world view was shattered when he found out. When he’s hanging out with you, he’s much more careful of where he places his hand and tries to look out for you. Definitely tried to act more manly as well, like when there's an overblot about to happen he either pushes you behind him or blocks you with his body..

Deuce

The way i see this going down is that he’s got his gangster mode on from whatever trouble he’s gotten himself into (or for convenience sake; the broken eggs in book 1). And he’s trying to push you away to stop you from stopping HIM from picking a fight. And something soft hits his forearm. He turns to look at you chest before he quickly realises. He’s screaming like a banshee while moving as far away as he can from you. The initial quarrel was forgotten and now his head is spinning. Thoughts like “what would my mother think if she knew what i did??”, “HES A GIRL?! I MEAN SHE” and so on. The walk back to the kitchen is so quiet that you could basically hear Grimm’s grumbling all the way from Heartsbyul kitchen. Once you arrived back at the kitchen, the guys are wondering why its so quiet between you two but pay no mind to it.

He gets awkward around you every once in a while when realises how close the two of you are but still tries to make up for it. Also becomes more diligent in trying to withhold his gangster personality. He doesn’t want to show anymore of his nasty side to you when he can show you how well he can treat you. Lest he wants to lose you to some other guys…

Trey

This one's tough. I don't know if he has sisters so let's just say that he has. He's one of the first few to realize that you're a girl, being the ever observant person that he is. He sees the pattern when you start getting a little bit more emotional than you are. Snapping at Adeuce and Grimm when you're usually much more patient, getting upset at small things or when he catches you tearing up when you talk about returning to your own world. Yeah he definitely knows.

So it's no surprise when you start to receive more baked treats from him and he's piling up all sorts of nutritious food onto your plate when you sit together. The others are wondering why he's doing that when you're capable of doing it yourself. It's only after several months of this treatment that you realize he knows that you're a girl. And when you confront him about it, "I can't help but want to take care of you when I see you".

Riddle

I like to think that you’re having tea together. He’s invited you to another one of their dorm’s many reason to have tea. Grimm and Ace are fighting for the last cookie and accidentally knock into you as you pick up your teacup. Splashing the liquid all over your dress shirt. Riddle is of course, furious. Rule #363, never spill your tea. Especially on a Tuesday. He’s screaming at them both when his eyes move to check if you’re okay. And that’s when he sees some blue peeking out at the wet area of your shirt. It takes him a quick second to march over to you and drape his blazer over you. “You should go back and change. Make sure to take a warm bath unless you want to catch a cold.” You nod at him confusedly. He watches as you make your way down the steps. He turns to the rest of the members with pink tinted cheeks. “Unfortunately this tea party will have to be cancelled,” and he quickly turns back to walk to his dorm before anyone can say anything.

The next time you see him, his cheeks are tinted pink and he’s trying very hard to not make eye contact with you. Overall, most of your relationship stays the same except that he’s inviting you over for tea more often. But this time its just the two of you. And his excuse? It changes every time. Sometimes its because he says he wants to talk about Adeuce and Grimm’s behaviour, and sometimes it’s because he wants your thoughts on which tea set is better.

Cater

For his case, it's not that he found out, rather he overheard it from a rowdy pair of first years and a cat. He was walking to his next class and about to turn around the corner when he overheard their not so very hushed conversation. His eyes widen very similarly to the saucers that they use for tea. He's kind of upset that he didn't find out himself, but learned it through someone else. Oh well. It's a win-win situation for him anyways.

So when he starts being much more clingier to you and offering to walk you to your classes do you start to get suspicious. He’s always coming over to sit together at your table and visiting you at Ramshackle more. Lounging on the beaten up sofa while you do whatever work you have to. Keeping you company for as long as he can. Or at least until Riddle calls him back or you kick him out. Whichever comes first.

Now imagine there’s a celebration of some sort and he’s excitedly running up the steps to Ramshackle to formally invite you as his date. “I’ve got a surprise for you,” he smiles cheekily. And from behind him he pulls out a beautiful dress. “Will you be my date?” No misunderstanding his gestures now.

Hallo zusammen. Happy pride. My teacher decided last second to change everything about my next exam, so ive been stressing. So to make myself feel better, here’s some Jason going to pride with his BF.

As much as Gotham is a shithole filled to the gills with crime, its got a large demographic of LGBT. Even the heroes and villains are somewhere on that spectrum, which also means none of them target the local pride parades.

But like any pride parade, there are bigots at the sidelines. Now, Gothamites don’t do stupid well, so most are sent packing before they can even start up with their usual theatrics. Are you gonna yell homophobic slurs at poison ivy? Or when Killer Croc is walking by wearing rainbow streamers?

That doesn’t mean there aren’t stupid that sticks around. They are rarely locals, since even the most hateful locals know not to be dumb enough to cause a ruckus the one place the villains and vigilantes get along and have the same goal.

Not every hero was suited up though, seeing as you and Jason were walking side by side along with everyone else. Jason was wearing a less flashy outfit, mainly because he doesn’t do bright colors too much, but your sexuality and gender were more out in the open.

At least obvious enough for some hateful person to spot that you’re trans. And since you look like an easy target, amongst Gothamites at least, they decide to focus on you with their hateful rhetoric.

Insults weren’t anything new slung around Gotham, a city where you would get called a bad nickname more than your actual name. but it was never focused on something like your gender, your sexuality, or your race. It would be something like the fact that you wore ugly shoes, or that you ate weird.

which was why it catching the attention of more than just your boyfriend when the transphobic slurs get thrown at you. Apparently, you freezing up at the slurs seem like a win to these people, as they start yelling and jeering at you even more.

 Surprisingly it isn’t Jason that throws the first punch. Its some random chick wearing a lesbian flag over her shoulders and purple ladder laced boots. Her punch seems to unleash what everyone had been holding in, not wanting to give these bigots any attention.

Jason gets his own punches in of course, specifically targeting the people that had been yelling slurs at you. And as much as you hate this city sometimes, seeing people from all across the board come together to beat up bigots seems like its as unified as Gotham is ever gonna get.

Some other people wearing pride flags or colors come to check up on you, but you are honestly too busy watching Jason throw a guy with an offensive sign across the pavement.

The other people nod approvingly at your boyfriend. Fun to think Jason, the most Gotham guy you know, gets the approval from the Gotham gays.

When Jason comes back, he’s still jittery, his blood clearly rushing from the confrontation, but a couple of kisses and thank you gets him to settle down for the most part. He ends up more colorful than he would like, being given flower crowns and different lanyards and sashes. But hearing you laugh is enough to make him put up with it.

And if you’re wondering where the heroes were? Well, they just happen to have been busy with something else, even if Red Robin had been sitting on the ledge of a building, wearing his own pride flag the entire time.

You and Jason can both tell he won’t hear the end of this when you guys get home later. At the end of the day, the hateful speech doesn’t weigh too much on you, knowing that not just Jason, but Gotham as a whole, would chew up and spit anyone out who tried it.

THE BROTHERS' PACT MARKS

💙💛🧡💚🩷❤️💜

Here are what the brothers pact marks look like for my MCs. I hc that the pact marks appear different for each person but I didn't wanna make two different versions for my two MCs (these took so long to begin with) so they are gonna be the same for both of them. I wanted to go for more of a tattoo look for them. Each mark represents the brother's sin (derived from their symbol) and associated creature (more details and closer look for each below the cut)

Each pact mark also features little diamonds (Mammon's is a bit different) that represent the other brothers. I hc that they show up on each pact mark you already have once you make a new pact with one of the other brothers (kind of like a way to show your progress). This represents the bond of the brothers with each other as well as MC.

LUCIFER - Peacock

💙 For Lucifer's I kind of just flipped his symbol upside down to get the overall shape of the mark.

💙 The top bit is actually part of a peacock feather just like the ones on the back of his coat.

💙 I wanted to give the blue parts a feather like texture but it didn't turn out right so I just left them blue.

💙 The placement is over MC's chest/ribs because when you feel Pride you usually feel it in your chest.

💙 People also tend to puff out their chests when they are proud.

MAMMON - Crow

💛 For Mammon's I started his symbol on MC's hand and had the tails wrap around their arm all the way up to right below the elbow.

💛 The wrapping of the tails represents Mammon's need to have MC all to himself.

💛 His mark manifests on MC's dominant arm (I'm left handed so I did the left arm) as a way to convey his importance to MC.

💛 The placement is the dominant hand/forearm because Greed can be seen as taking as much as you want of something and the dominant arm is the one that is usually used.

💛 I also placed it there because I imagine Mammon being greedy for MC's presence so he keeps his arm wrapped around theirs in an attempt to keep them close.

💛 His mark is the most visible which serves to remind the brothers that he is MC's first man.

💛 It also serves as a warning to any who wish to harm MC (Mammon will always protect HIS human).

💛 His creature is represented by the two little crows on MC's hand that are looking out for MC's safety (that's why they're looking away from MC).

LEVIATHAN - Serpent

🧡 For Levi I decided on making his serpent like symbol wrap around MC's thigh.

🧡 The placement is the thigh because Envy is rooted deep down inside and can drag you down with it.

🧡 It also constricts you and makes you feel trapped both physically and mentally just like what some serpents do to their prey.

🧡 It being on the left side is just because I wanted it on the same side as Mammon's (since they're my two faves).

🧡 I hc that Levi likes to wrap his tail around MC's leg as a way to ground himself when he's stressed.

SATAN - Unicorn

💚 For Satan I just directly used his symbol because it already looks so cool.

💚 The placement is the thigh because much like envy, Wrath can be felt deep down and will pull you down with it.

💚 The horns (although a unicorn only has one) stretch out to both the inner and outer sides of the thigh to represent how wrath can hurt not only others but the one who is feeling the wrath as well (outer thigh is others and inner thigh is self).

💚 The black and green alternating are a nod to the shirt Satan wears while in demon form.

💚 Much like Levi, I hc that Satan wraps his tail around MC's leg (he doesn't realize he's doing it) to help ground him when he feels the wrath taking over.

ASMODEUS - Scorpion

🩷 For Asmo I went with the idea of his symbol wrapping around MC's lower back around to the front to simulate him hugging MC from behind.

🩷 The mark wrapping around MC's body is also a nod to the scorpion Asmo has wrapped around him in his demon form.

🩷 The curling designs on the mark represent the curling tail of the scorpion.

🩷 The intimate placement is reminiscent of a tramp stamp which people usually associate with Lust.

🩷 The mark also focuses on the the hips which are often touched or grabbed in lustful situations.

BEELZEBUB - Fly

❤️ For Beel I used his symbol directly as it already looks like his wings in demon form.

❤️ The details on the wings are reminiscent of fly wings.

❤️ The placement is right on the stomach over the bellybutton to reference Beel's neverending hunger that's caused by his Gluttony.

❤️ While gluttony doesn't always refer to eating all the time (although that is the case for Beel), it is what people usually think of when they hear the word.

BELPHEGOR - Cow

💜 Belphie's is located on the back of MC's neck/shoulders because those are the spots that usually touch the pillow when sleeping.

💜 Those that are overtaken with Sloth can sometimes be seen slouching which also plays into the placement of the mark.

💜 The top two arms of the mark wrap around to the sides of the neck.

💜 The wrapping is reminiscent of Belphie always cuddling his pillow.

💜 The black and white spots on the shoulders represent Belphie's creature, a cow.

💜 They also match the spots on his demon form clothing.

The hardest thing for me is definetly motivation. With Charlie, specifically, I would create and write with him when I was truly sad, or needing to get my sad experiences out of my system. Once I became less depressed, I had trouble conjuring anything Charlie for a long time. I still struggle with this now, but therapy and rumination help me build the story I want to tell!

With welcome home the biggest hurdle is communication I would say. Clown and I have similar ideas but it always translates different between the two of us when we do something together. Drawing it helps us I think! Storyboards and thorough understandings 🤝
